The Opportunity

As our Director of Technology & Systems / CTO, you will lead the strategic development and oversight of all company technology. You will be responsible for building a scalable digital infrastructure, integrating business systems, and ensuring data security across all departments. This is a mission-critical executive role focused on enabling growth, automation, and high-performance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall technology strategy and systems architecture for the organization
  • Oversee implementation, optimization, and cross-department integration of key business platforms (CRM, HR, Sales, Project Management, Accounting, etc.)
  • Manage software selection, data migration, and workflow automation across departments
  • Implement robust data governance, user permissions, security protocols, and IT support standards
  • Partner with department heads to digitize and streamline key business functions (sales, finance, logistics, marketing, and client services)
  • Supervise and manage third-party developers, IT consultants, and software vendors
  • Monitor systems performance, ensure uptime, and proactively manage risk and cybersecurity
  • Develop documentation, staff training, and adoption plans to ensure tech is fully leveraged
  • Provide executive insight on future-proofing, emerging technologies, and innovation initiatives

Who You Are

  • 7–10+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems management, or digital operations
  • Proven success leading enterprise software integrations, automation initiatives, and tech strategy
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM, project management, accounting, HR, and cloud-based tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience managing IT teams, budgets, and vendor contracts
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for operational efficiency and innovation
  • Bonus: Background in events, hospitality, logistics, or creative services a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
