About the Role

You will lead brand partnerships, multi-market expansion, and strategic revenue streams such as sponsorships, affiliate programming, and vertical growth. This role focuses on long-term relationship development, national/global expansion, and new market entry—building high-revenue pipelines outside of traditional sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with brands, venues, and strategic affiliates.
  • Secure six- to seven-figure sponsorship deals for large-scale programs and activations.
  • Identify partnership-based expansion opportunities (e.g., franchise, licensing, territory partners).

Revenue Innovation

  • Launch new revenue verticals (e.g., luxury experiences, destination hubs, corporate concierge services).
  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors, technologies, and affiliate ecosystems.

Executive Collaboration

  • Work with the CFO and COO to evaluate expansion risk and operational impact.
  • Align with Marketing and Entertainment VPs to activate partnerships via media and talent.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or expansion roles across events, hospitality, or B2B services.
  • Skilled in structuring win-win deals with global brands.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to travel, present to boards/CMOs, and negotiate multi-year contracts.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Starting at $200,000 (full-time)
  • Revenue-sharing or deal-based bonuses
  • Flexibility for fractional engagements focused on specific verticals or growth stages
