Chosen for how a group moves through them, not for how they photograph.
Run of show
Minute-level documentation that every member of staff works from, including the protective staff.
Contingency
A written alternative for weather, medical, delay and venue loss, rehearsed before arrival.

Transport
Sedans through coaches, staged and sequenced so a group never waits in a lobby.
Airport and aviation
Commercial arrivals and private terminals, met and moved without a holding pattern.
Staffing
Registration, room hosts, runners and leads, briefed on the same run of show.
Load-in and production
Stage, audio, lighting and vision, scheduled around the venue’s real access windows.

Embedded protection

Protective staff are part of the program team. They appear on the staffing plan, they carry program responsibilities, and they are briefed on the same schedule as everyone else.

This is a capability, not a badge. It exists because the clients who need it also need nobody to notice it. What that looks like for a given program is a conversation with the client, and it is not described here.

No detail sizes, no deployment patterns, no personnel names, and no client names. This page will not tell a reader anything useful about how a program is protected.
